I searched the net for recipes and landed on this one HERE. Luckily for my English readers the recipe is in English as well as Norwegian :-)
You begin with a big bowl of seeds, nuts, and whole grain flour..throw in some water and voila...that´s it...couldn´t be any easier...
After the first ten minutes you´ll use a pizza cutter to cut the crispy bread into the desired size you want and then you continue baking them...
What you end up with is a healthy alternative to bread. This tasted really good and while I will definitely try this recipe again I am wanting to find one that tastes a little more like the Wasa we can buy at the store and doesn´t have AS many nuts and seeds. If anyone has a recipe or a link to a break-a-bread without so many seeds and nuts let me know ok?
This past weekend we buckled under pressure from our pleading children to get a new trampoline. After Julia´s friend broke his neck on a trampoline and our old trampoline broke we decided we would not do another trampoline. The kids have gone for months now without a trampoline but as spring is quickly approaching and the weather is nicer and nicer the kids have been asking....no let me correct that...pleading for a new trampoline. Using such arguments that it gets them outside and it´s exercise and it´s fun...etc etc...I´ve talked with other adults on the subject and it seemed that the majority felt you couldn´t protect kids from everything and that there were more positives then negatives with a trampoline. So being the nice parents we are we came home with a trampoline and it wasn´t long before it was put to use by both two and four legged children....
We´ve tried explaining to Bently that the trampoline is for the humans but everytime the kids got him off the trampoline he would jump back up...what a big puppy he is sometimes!!!
My Easter vacation has now started and I am off work for a week! Life is good, hope yours is too!
Until next time my friends...

Smart!! :)
God påske til dere! KLEM
I love the puppy on the trampoline! So cute. My children want one too, but I have not yet decided if I will get one. Have a wonderful Easter break!
Cracker Bread looks yummy. Bentley and your son were such delight to see. " Momma" Lynne sends a Be Safe reminder while on the trampoline . . . and "spot" for one another!
Oh dear - so sorry to hear about the friend who got hurt. We have a trampoline but it has a net. We don't let our kids bounce on trampolines without...
That knäckebröd looks delicious!
