Here is what I did for the dough:
5 deciliters of warm water
50 grams of dry yeast
Mix these two together until the yeast dissolves.
In the mixing bowl combine the following:
150 grams sugar
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
About 500 grams white flour
Pour the water and yeast into your mixture and add about 6 tbsp (SS) of vegetable oil. I used a kitchen machine to mix my dough if you don´t have a kitchen machine you can do this by hand...you´ll begin by mixing everything together and then add more flour as necessary until you get a dough you can pinch without it sticking to your fingers. You don´t want to use too much flour or you´ll get a heavy dough.
Let this rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Roll out into a rectangle and brush with melted margarine. (I used milk and salt free margarine) Add chopped apples and raisins. I used two big red apples and about 1.5 cups of raisins but here you can add or subtract after what you like. In the apple and raisin mixture I added about 1/2 cup light brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon- mix good and put on your dough...should look like this:
Roll together into one long log and cut about 1inch (2.5cm) no one will get angry if you´re a half an inch more or less here...place on baking sheet with baking paper....
Bake at 200C (about 400F) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool and at this point if you´d like to put some icing on your rolls you can mix the following:
About 400 grams of powdered sugar (melis)
About 2 tsp vanilla sugar (Vanilla powder or you can use Vanilla extract)
25 grams melted margarine
2-3TBSP cream or whole milk
Mix until you get a creamy icing, put in a plastic bag and cut the end off...pipe onto your rolls and serve with a delicious cup of coffee or other warm drink of choice! Bon Appetite!
Now if these rolls don´t put a smile on your face hopefully this little sweetheart will...
Say it with me people, Fuzzy Wuzzy was a doggy <3

Until next time....
