Before It’s To Late

Before your ship sails, one last time, off into the sunset forever….

Birdys babies 2010 079

….remember to tell those who matter to you, how much they matter. Remember to say I love you and mean it. Remember to laugh and cry and feel…..remember to smell the flowers and new cut grass….to run barefoot on the beach. Remember to try something new, too dare to do something you wouldn’t ever normally do…Remember to say I’m sorry, to forgive and move on. Remember to live life and enjoy every positive thing that happens and to look for positives in the negative things that happen. Do not focus on what could have been, what should have been, what is and you wish wasn’t…..just be greatful for the experience, for the chance, for the moment.

Today I recieved news that a woman I knew casually on Averøy passed away in the night of a blood clot in her brain. She was only 41 and a mother to three children, one of which went in Sarah’s class. I’ve been asking the question, which has no answer, all day long, “WHY?” Some things aren’t meant to be understood and some things take time to understand but the most important thing to get out of this tragic happening is the message that none of us know when our time will come…so many times we live as if we will live forever and we forget how precious life is, how fleeting it is, and how none of us have any garauntees that we’ll make it to old age or die peacefully in our sleep….no one knows except the big guy upstairs. Don’t take life for granted…appreciate it, honor it, respect it, love it.

Until next time my friends…

Why? It's so sad that a woman that young dies in her sleep. But a reminder for us to LIVE while we have the chance.
Have a great weekend:)Hugs from marilyn

What a shock for her family. It's usually slightly easier when the person is older and you're a bit more prepared...

We need to be thankful for every moment we have...

Have a great weekend!

So very sad, and it should make us all the more aware of how precious life is. She was very young...

It's a good reminder to be thankful and to say I love you to those important to us. Thank you for that reminder, Amy.

How did Bamse do on the flight? I hope he did well, poor guy. Are you going to Renny's Oslo Blog Gathering? ( http://www.terella.no/OsloBG )

Ha det bra og ha en fin uke.
