Mascot Training

At the moment our new mascot is only the size of a cat…

But she is already learning how to handle one of these…

Heidi is passing along important information to her new mascot trainee though I’d have to say it’s probably not voluntary of Heidi…Heidi just goes about her day and Jenny follows taking notes…

Jenny has been using all the charm a cat sized pup can muster to win the hearts of the lionesses…and they are softening…I can see that…they like her but are trying to stay cool…if they think no one is looking they play with her and lick on her…but when you watch them they act like they could care less she is licking their faces..they aren’t foolin any of us…

But let’s face it….who wouldn’t be charmed out of their minds by this adorable little baby???

Until next time….

Aw... I love the pictures of all your dogs. Sigh - I'm in love. And your new cat-sized mascot is just too too adorable!

OMG! I love that last photo!! I like them all but that last one is so sweet. We showed George but he isn't 'getting' it.

I love the way she follows along; the picture of her standing on her hind legs looking over the snow bank is so precious! She is blessed to have you; and, you are blessed to have her...funny how that works, eh? Thanks for sharing the great pictures.

I'm back to comment about your comment on my blog. Little Casey, our one-eyed guy, was attacked by a coyote according to the people who brought him in to the shelter. They couldn't afford vet bills; but, they waited SIX DAYS before bringing him in. His little eye was dangling (how horrid is that?!) and he was covered with deep bite wounds. Our vet removed his eye and stitched him up; he is the happiest little guy we've ever had! He's just amazing! Let's hear it for the underdogs!!
