A Humbling Experience

I love the part of Norway we live in now, I feel I have so many more options then I did when we lived on the coast but I have to admit that the nature up where we use to live was so powerful and gorgeous compared to the nature around here. I compare this area to Pennsylvania a lot but up there with the mountains and waterfalls falling out of the mountains and the ocean...it was just so breath taking and everytime we drive through there to visit family I'm just in awe...it's very humbling to drive through these valleys and look up at the mountains that tower over you and think of the people who live in this area now and way back when...especially those way back when...when there weren't actual roads to get people in and out of the area and winter in these areas...oh man....When you drive through this beautiful nature you feel very small and insignificant. I really feel in this instance a picture is worth a thousand words so I'll save you the words and just give you the pictures...
Until next time my friends....

Breath-taking! Stunning! I want to see it for myself! I've driven from Narvik to Lofoten and up to Tromso about three times. The fjords up north are just stunning too.

Malmö or Copenhagen? Tough! Malmö is tiny... but it has Lund nearby, the university town. Copenhagen is bigger, more to see and, of course, a different culture from the Swedish one! So, I'd probably say Copenhagen if I wanted a break from Sweden. Otherwise, Malmö and surrounding beaches and countryside. OR both as they are near each other and easily accessible via the new bridge or the ferry.

Beautiful. Oh, my. Yes, Pennsylvania is similar. I used to live in PA. Thank you for visiting my site and for sharing these gorgeous photos.

That sixth picture is so dramatic. The whole landscape is so exotic to me.
